Q: Do you offer sponsorships?
A: We are a very limited and small business so we are very selective with our sponsorships at the moment. We will not read nor respond to sponsorship emails. You can submit your music/art to us at [email protected] and if we're interested, we will contact you.
Q: Do you make hats for other brands?
A: We only make SAG branded products, we sadly don't have time to work on our brand and produce headwear for private labels at the same time.

Q: Are any of your sold out hats coming back in stock?
A: If it's sold out, it's likely it will stay sold out.
Q: When are you going to have new hats?
A: We release new hats every Friday.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: $5 in the USA, $12 everywhere else
Q: Where can you ship to?
A: We currently ship to US, Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Italy, Australia, Netherlands, Ireland, Japan, Switzerland, and Argentina, but if you email us your area code and country we can calculate a shipping price for you.
Q: How long will it take to ship?
A: We usually ship it out in 1-3 business days, and it gets to you in 2-3 business days
Q: How are the hats made?
A: Co-founder Alex Klick sews each bill and hand makes all of the all-over print hats we have.

Q: If I get a special gift card and/or discount code, how long can I keep it before it expires?
A: All of our exclusive gift cards and discount codes expire 3 months after they've been given out due to sales and prices changes in merchandise, unless the card states otherwise.
Q: Can I make any returns?
A: If you opened the package and there's no defect we sadly cannot refund you. If there's damage on the product you can return it within 14 days so we can fix it and send it back.
